We only use cleaning chemicals that are safe and non-toxic, and we send nothing down the drain that doesn’t belong in our water table. Instead of distilling water, our craft beers work very well with local water, which in turn saves a tremendous amount of water waste and energy. It means our beer is deliciously Southwest.
